As a member of our call centre team you will be responsible for being the voice of the company as the customer’s first point of contact.
The company is a 24-hour environment and we have a modern call centre and friendly supportive working environment.
About the Role
To apply for the role, it is essential that you:
- Have a helpful and friendly nature
- Confident in dealing with people
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be confident with working with computers
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be punctual
- Experience of using the Autocab booking system is beneficial but not essential
- Work to a high standard and at a good pace
It would also be to your advantage if you had experience in a call centre environment although this is not essential.
There is ample opportunity for progression within the company, who boast awards such as ‘Investors in People’.
The majority of the calls will be inbound, this is not a sales position and is not commission based.
Our call centre is based in Colwick.
Full training will be provided.
